KANSAS OPEN RECORDS REQUEST (KORA) SUBMISSION FORM

Fee Schedule:
$3.00 for the first ten (10) pages and .25 cents per additional page, per case report requested
$30.00 per hour of work for media records such as dash camera footage and body camera footage

When requesting media records you will be contacted at the method noted on the below form with a cost estimate for approval prior to filling the request.

To report an emergency, call 911 (where applicable) or your local law enforcement office. This form is for non-emergency contact only. You will be contacted when your submission is received, if your contact information is provided on the form. If you do not hear from this office in 24 hours, please call the office at 913-682-5724.
