Can an inmate housed in the Leavenworth County Jail call family members or friends?

Inmates may call family members or friends by using the phone systems in their housing pods.  The cost of the phone calls are deducted from their main inmate account.

I want to pay for my calls, and I do not want to pay the inmate to contact a bunch of other people.  Is this possible?

Yes, you can create a communication account where the inmate can call and the funds will be deducted from that account instead of the inmates main account.  This ensures that the inmate is able to call you, but the inmate cannot use funds from that account to contact others.

Can I message an inmate in the Leavenworth County Jail?

The jail has a message service set up through Homewav. The cost of a message is $0.25 per message.
