Welcome to the Leavenworth County Sheriff's Office website. I hope you find the information within to be both helpful and informative. Over 90% of the cost associated with the construction of this site was funded from drug forfeitures, drug taxes and registered offender fees, not taxpayer's money. 

The Leavenworth County Sheriff's Office is committed to transparency; as a publicly-funded entity, I want you to know what we are doing as your elected sheriff and as an agency. Naturally, we cannot provide details regarding investigations or personnel actions, but if you have a concern or question, please contact us. It is my hope that we are able to address your concerns without impeding any investigation or privacy concerns.

As your elected Sheriff, I take this opportunity to express our staff's commitment to providing you with professional and courteous law enforcement services. We seek a proactive approach and utilize common sense to solve problems and further our partnership with the community.
