What is VINE and why use it?
VINE is a free, confidential service that delivers timely and reliable information to victims, families, and community members across the criminal justice process. Designed to empower and protect victims of crime, VINE helps individuals make informed decisions and enhance their overall safety.  With VINE you can access comprehensive search capability, convenient registration, and automated notification, all backed by 24/7/365 support and trusted expertise.

Why would I access VINE?
The Leavenworth County Sheriff's Office Jail does send inmate data to VINE.  You may choose to access VINE notifications  to promote your safety, so you will be notified when a person is booked into or released from the jail. Register at Vinelink.com to receive automated notifications via email, text, or phone call, or check custody status information online any time.

What notifications will I receive if I register with VINE?
You will receive notifications, in order to plan for your safety, when a person is booked and released.  Unfortunately, the Kansas Courts do not participate in VINE notifications, this means you will not receive notification of a person's court date or court outcome.
